Boat Item Frame Fix
Recently I found out that you now break item frames with boats. My friends thought that this is kinda cringe, so I fixed that. I guess this relates to MC-154651

very cool As you can see, item frame does not, in fact, die upon touching boat. I would consider that behavior as "very cool"
