Introducing the 'Bonk Bat' mod! 

This mod allows players to craft a unique wooden bat using any vanilla wood type. Bonk those friends who need it, bonk a mob invading your personal space, or bonk your enemies into a ravine - you won't hurt them, but you'll knock them back a few blocks.

But beware - sometimes, even mobs will equip themselves with a bonk bat, and will not hesitate to bonk back!
