Cobblemon 1.7 QOL

To help you with all your pokemon catching/breeding needs. Adds 3 new buttons to the bottom of the PC to help with releasing/organising your pc box

Completed Features:

• Multi-select toggle button for selecting multiple Pokemon
• Visual selection overlay (green highlight) on selected slots
• Mass Release button with Pokemon count
• Mass Move/Pick Up button for moving multiple Pokemon between boxes
• Auto-clear selections when multi-select is turned off
• Mark icon indicator in the Pokemon overview (shows when Pokemon has marks/ribbons)
• Coloured Gradient Borders for shiny (gold), Perfect IV (Green) and Perfect shiny (Pink) Pokemon
• Pokopia pokemon, Give pokemon specific items to change their model!

Planned Features:

• Add custom UI textures to the current buttons to fitt in theme with the PC
• Add separate icons for marked/ribbon instead of using one icon for both
• Save the last option you chose on summary screen i.e if you were looking at a pokemons IVs next time you open the box it will be back on the IV screen for summary
