first this mod is all about unlocking your brain capacity from 10% to 100% like the movie lucy

each capacity level gets progressively stronger and gives you insane supernatural powers 

you must unlock the capacity for the current stage before you can craft or hold the next ritual item

each capacity level has its own special powers and abilities:

10% capacity : unlocks the astral projection ability [default keybind: R] which let you project your soul out of your body and fly around while leaving your body behind. also you get permanent speed boost

20% capacity : gets you permanent night vision and even more speed

30% capacity : unlocks telekinesis [default keybind: G] to pull mobs and items to you, and terror wave [default keybind: V] which makes all nearby mobs run away in pure fear. also you get permanent strength

40% capacity : unlocks gravity inversion [default keybind: Z] to make nearby mobs float in the air and fall down taking damage, and temporal stasis [default keybind: X] to freeze any mob in time. also you get permanent slow falling

50% capacity : unlocks mob possession [default keybind: J] so you can inhabit any creature and drive it around with WASD, jump, and sneak, and void step [default keybind: H] to teleport forward through blocks

60% capacity : gets you permanent haste and regeneration, and unlocks mind shatter [default keybind: N] to make mobs fight each other in confusion

70% capacity : unlocks a passive time dilation field that slows down all nearby mobs automatically, lightning storm [default keybind: K] to summon lightning strikes, and death rewind which saves you from dying by warping you back in time by 8 seconds with your health restored

80% capacity : unlocks time freeze [default keybind: M] to stop time for the whole world while you move freely, and consciousness imprint to record and play back your movements as a ghost

90% capacity : unlocks singularity [default keybind: B] to create a growing black hole that pulls everything in and explodes, quantum superposition to teleport to safety when hit, and neural overload [default keybind: O] to unleash a massive golden burst of energy that makes mobs go crazy

100% capacity (YOU ARE THE UNIVERSE) : you become completely invulnerable, get massive saturation and absorption, and unlock the observer and cosmic pulse passive effects that automatically buff friendlies and damage hostiles in the world

how to progress and craft:
the recipes appear one by one with progress. as soon as you make a crafting table you unlock the first recipe (neural seed) and when you craft and use it to get to 10% capacity the next recipe (cortex lens) will appear in your recipe book, all the way till the last one.

early tier items (10% to 40%): neural seed, cortex lens, psyche gem, reality shard
crafted in a regular crafting table using simple recipes

mid tier items (50% to 70%): soul crystal, matter core, temporal eye
requires more advanced materials to craft

late tier items (80% to 100%): rift prism, singularity seed, final thought
requires rare end game items like nether stars and heavy materials

i also recommend installing jei (just enough items) alongside the mod which is not important cause the progress shows in the crafting table over time
