Description

BricksPack

Pride Rainbow

A Fabric mod for Minecraft 26.3 adding "brick" style construction blocks made out of vanilla stair blocks. There are 32 types of bricks in total, each being a 2 by 2 by 2 structure created from wool stairs corresponding to all 16 dye colors.

What it does

  • 32 brick items. One for each material/color combination (wool and all 16 dye colors). e.g brick_concrete_blue, brick_wool_red.

  • Instant placement. Placing a brick item creates a 2 by 2 by 2 structure in the world with correct stair shapes and orientation set up automatically.

  • Intelligent stacking. Placing a brick on top of an already existing brick combines them into a continuous structure sharing a seam layer.

  • Whole structure destruction. Break any part of a stud, and it will be destroyed completely, dropping only one brick item, rather than 8 of them.

  • Creative tab. All 32 bricks are gathered into one tab in the creative inventory and organized the way vanilla color groups are organized.Creative inventory

  • Crafting recipe. Bricks can be crafted from 4 vanilla stair blocks placed in 2 by 2 formation.

Commands

/reach <players> <blocks>

Set interaction range in blocks for specified player(s).

/reach @a 10

/reach Player2039 6

Requires op permission

/brickfill <from> <to> <brick>

Fills a cuboid area with a particular brick variant, placed according to its natural 2×2×2 grid layout – perfect for rapid placement of floors/walls/platforms.

/brickfill ~ ~ ~ ~10 ~ ~10 brickspack:brick_concrete_blue

Requires op permission

Requirements

  • Minecraft 26.3-pre-1 (or later)
  • Fabric Loader 0.19.5 (or later)
  • Fabric API 0.159.4+26.3 (or later)

Notes:

  • The bricks actually use regular Minecraft stair blocks internally, meaning that they will inherit collision, sound, and blast resistance characteristics of their material (concrete or wool).
  • The bricks are only placement helpers, so any world can be used on a regular vanila client or server.
