About

Description

This mod was inspired by a video by Gneiss Name on youtube, linked here.

It includes nineteen new blocks and one new item that intends to widen the game's colour range while sticking to that 'vanilla' feel.

The mod is ready to use on any pre-made world as no world generation is featured, all new blocks and items can be obtained through crafting, fighting or fishing.

Unique Items

Drifted Coffer: an aquatic box that upon opening - through inventorial or destructive means - drops between 32 and 64 Sea Glass, a new building block set!

The Drifted Coffer can be obtained through fishing (more likely with the luck of the sea), from combatting drowned or as loot from any aquatic chests.

Unique Blocks

Sea Glass: This block comes in four distinct colours and is obtained through the drifted coffer.

Coralstone: This block is manufactured from, unsurprisingly, coral and stone. It comes in its raw form, or alternatively as tiles and bricks. (Recipes unlocked after finding coral).

Purpur Varieties: New types of purpur include deep, dark, carved and bleached purpur blocks. Recipes unlocked after finding purpur (Recipes unlocked after finding purpur).

Emerald Tiles: Coming in dark and light forms, these tiles provide a beautiful green finish to any lovely build.  (Recipes unlocked after finding emeralds).

Lapis Flagstones: Coming in sorrowful and gloomy forms, these heavy blocks help breathe new life into cooler builds. (Recipes unlocked after finding lapis lazuli).

Ashakite: Derived from 'Akasha' - a Sanskrit term for elementary Ether, this block is forged from end stone and magma cream. This block comes in its raw form or as tiles. (Recipes unlocked after finding end stone).

The GitHub repository can be found here.
I do plan on updating the textures for some of these blocks and potentially adding more. Backporting to 1.19.2 is also planned :)

I do not plan on porting to forge. Feel free to do so yourself, if you desire.
