Here’s the catch: not every command actually comes from Bullet.

Bucket Says: Hold a sword

Same banner. Same countdown. Same everything, really. Except for that one word at the beginning you probably stopped reading because you were too busy following the order.

If you obey an impostor, you take 3 hearts of damage immediately. If you realize something is wrong and ignore it until the timer runs out, you pass.

There’s no red warning, special sound, or obvious giveaway. You actually have to read who is talking.

There are seven English impostors: Bucket, Buffet, Butter, Button, Bulletin, Bullseye, and Bulldog. Turkish gets another seven, which may be even worse: Bulut, Bülent, Balık, Bünyamin, Burak, Börek, and Biber.

And sometimes Bullet says don’t

There are also ten restraint commands that do the exact opposite of everything you’ve been trained to do.

For something like this, you get eight seconds where jumping even once costs you 3 hearts. Do absolutely nothing and you pass.

Turns out telling a Minecraft player not to press space is surprisingly effective.

The world decides what gets asked

Bullet doesn’t just pick commands randomly from one giant list. Before giving you an order, the mod checks what’s actually around you: nearby blocks, nearby mobs, your inventory, and even which dimension you’re in.

That means it tries to give you something you can realistically do. If you find something that you got stuck with, let me know!

What it costs, what it pays

Miss a real order 1 to 5 hearts, depending on how difficult it was
Fall for an impostor 3 hearts, immediately
Break a restraint 3 hearts, immediately
Pass anything 10 seconds of Regeneration, Speed, or Haste

Turkish and English

The mod is fully localized in both English and Turkish. Turkish localization used AI to translate.

Running it

/bulletsays (or /bs, or /bullet)

Command What it does
start / stop Start or pause the command loop
interval <seconds> Time between orders. Default 45, range 10–300
trapchance <0.0–1.0> How often an order is a trap. Default 0.20
difficulty <mult> Scale all damage penalties from 0.1× to 5×
rewards <true|false> Enable or disable the reward buffs
timer <seconds> Override the countdown for the current order
trigger <taskId> Immediately trigger a specific order or impostor
clear / reset Cancel the active order without a penalty
status Shows the interval, difficulty, trap rate, rewards, and task count

trigger is especially useful if you’re recording the mod, since you can set up the exact command you want instead of standing around waiting for RNG to cooperate.

No dependencies. The game logic runs server-side with a client HUD, and on multiplayer servers every player gets their own commands to deal with.
