CANTBREATHE is the manifestation of all beings fears. He maliciously seeks out his victims, wishing to cause and inflict unbearable pain to them. There is no real escape from this being, and you are never truly safe.
CANTBREATHE will spawn around your world rarely and unpredictably, he is sensitive to eye contact and can detect when you are glancing at him or making direct eye contact with him. if spotted or caught glancing at him, he will do 1 of 3 things.
Flee Quickly
Crouch and Stare
Run Full Speed at the Individual which looked at him
CANTBREATHE can also leap upwards to catch any victims who may be building up
