Capn's Bee Addon

Capn's Bee Addon is a focused Minecraft 1.12.2 addon for Forestry, Gendustry and Career Bees.

It adds new Industrial Apiary upgrades, Career Bee territory visualization, and targeted performance improvements for large or sped up Industrial Apiary setups.

Features

Temporal Focus Upgrades

Three new Gendustry Industrial Apiary upgrades let you control what the Career Bees Temporal effect accelerates.

Temporal Apiary Focus

• Targets tickable Gendustry Industrial Apiaries only.
• Skips unrelated TileEntities and random-ticking blocks.

Temporal TileEntity Focus

• Targets tickable TileEntities only.
• Skips random-ticking block processing.

Temporal Growth Focus

• Targets random-ticking blocks only.
• Skips TileEntity targeting entirely.

Only one Temporal Focus can be installed at a time.

Focused targeting works only with already-loaded chunks and reuses Career Bees' existing Temporal target scheduler. It does not load or generate chunks.

Territory Restrictor

Reduces the effective territory of the bee inside an Industrial Apiary, useful when an effect should operate on a smaller and more controlled area.

Product Nullifier

Prevents normal Forestry bee products from being generated by an Industrial Apiary.

Bee effects and the queen's normal lifecycle continue to function, making it useful when the bee itself or its effect is wanted without producing ordinary combs and products.

Career Bee Territory Visualization

Adds an in-game visualization for Career Bee effect territory.

The active effect area can be displayed as an in-world wireframe directly from the Industrial Apiary GUI, making large or unusual bee territories much easier to understand.

Performance Improvements

Capn's Bee Addon also includes several targeted optimizations for Gendustry Industrial Apiaries and Career Bee workloads:

• Reuses Forestry's Industrial Apiary work-state result during repeated updates in the same game tick.
• Avoids unnecessary indirect-redstone checks when the selected redstone mode does not use them.
• Avoids repeated BDLib cover traversal after an apiary has been verified to contain no covers.
• Automatically falls back to BDLib's normal behavior when covers are installed or changed.
• Focused TileEntity targeting uses loaded-chunk TileEntity data instead of scanning every block position.
