This project is a Forge Port of Martmists Fabric mod CartLoaders :CartLoaders - Mods - Minecraft - CurseForge
ALL carts will chunkload their surrounds while they move.
Now you can use your minecarts for long distance deliveries!
Be warned, too many moving minecarts will cause performance issues as they keep chunks loaded when moving
