Description
THIS IS NOT A RESOURCE PACK
This mod adds a set of invisible armor pieces for mapmakers to use. No more changing the textures of one piece of armor via resource pack to limit your creativity.
The armor has the same protective value, damage absorption, and other similar properties to Iron Armor, except that it cannot be repaired via anvil.
The intended purpose of this mod is for adventure map creators to use Minecraft's AttributeMod system to change the properties of the armor to fit whatever purpose they need.
I suggest using Infinity Item Editor in conjunction within this mod, you can find it here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/infinity-item-editor
Currently the only known issues are that the boots texture is a different shade of black/dark gray, and also that this mod may cause problems with mods like Dynamic Surroundings that modify the footstep sounds whenever you're wearing armor. Other than that these are the only known issues, if you do find other issues, do feel free to let me know or something.

Q&A Section
Q: "OMG U used MCREATOR!!!! ur BAD!!!!"
A: "While I could have gone through the effort of coding it manually, a thing you should know about me is that while I have made mods in the past (and never published them because they were more for personal use only), I am lazy. If somebody else wants to go through the effort of manually hard-coding the mod, I welcome them to do so. Just please credit me with the idea if you did."
Q: "I don't see the armor!"
A: "Use the /give command, it currently doesn't show up in the Creative Inventory. If you have Infinity Item Editor installed, it will show up in a tab called Unavailable. You can also use JEI to obtain it."
Q: "Modpack usage terms?"
A: "No terms, just credit me is all I ask for. Otherwise do whatever you want with it."
Q: "Can I redistribute the mod?"
A: "Yes, but it must be distributed within the CurseForge-Overwolf ecosystem, and you must credit me in accordance with CC-BY-SA 4.0 linked above."
Q: "Can I fork this mod?"
A: "Yes, but you must comply with the terms of the CC-BY-SA 4.0 license linked above."
Q: "Can I use this mod commercially?"
A: "See above, but please don't do this. I'm not going to stop you though."
Q: "Are you doing versions other than 1.16?"
A: "No."
Q: "Fabric port pls?"
A: "No."
