Gamerules:

Blood - goes up and down, if it drops to 0% you die (regenerates faster on full health or when eating flesh)
NPCs - Denji, Violence Fiend, Power, Beam, Angel Devil, Aki, Himeno, Kobeni, Quanxi, Kishibe, Yoshida - befriendable by right clicking - will follow you and fight for you
Fiends - choose "Fiend" at the start to become a random Fiend/Devil from: (Press Y to use the Ability)

- Gun Fiend
- Angel Devil
Hybrids - choose "Human" at the start and obtain Heart artifacts to become a Hybrid
- Chainsaw Devil (Kill Pochita)

Contracts - obtainable at the HQ Structure: (Press 0 to use the Contract & shift for the special ability)
