Description

Champion Swords is a vanilla-friendly open-source mod that adds 16 new swords with custom abilities to Minecraft!

Features

Champion Swords adds three new tiers of swords. Every sword can be made by merging the sword's handle, a Diamond, and a Diamond Sword in a Smithing Template. A sword can be turned back into its handle by a crafting table.

Tier One Swords

The handles of tier one swords can be obtained in many ways. These do a base of 8 damage.

  • Sword of Echoes - Obtained from killing the Warden, shoots sonically charged blasts
  • Sword of Undying - Obtained from a Master Weaponsmith, gives regenerative effects
  • Sword of Trials - Obtained from Ominous Vaults, allows you to dash forwards
  • Sword of the Elder - Obtained from killing Elder Guardians, inflicts Mining Fatigue 3 and Slowness 3
  • Sword of Ashes - Obtained from killing the Wither, shoots Wither Skulls
  • Sword of Blazing - Obtained from killing Blazes, grants Fire Resistance and sets enemies on fire
  • Sword of the Brute - Obtained from killing Piglin Brutes, grants Strength 3
  • Sword of Souls - Obtained from killing Ghasts, grants Health Boost 2
  • Sword of the Eye - Obtained from killing Endermen, shoots Ender Pearls
  • Sword of Crystals - Obtained from crafting, explodes nearby enemies
  • Sword of the Shulker - Obtained from killing Shulkers, gives Resistance 5 and Slowness 5
  • Sword of the Dragon - Obtained from killing the Ender Dragon, shoots Dragon Fireballs

Tier Two Swords

Tier two handles are obtained by merging tier one handles of their respective dimension. These do a base of 12 damage.

  • Sword of the Hero(Overworld) - Grants Strength 2, Speed 2, and Hero of the Village 5
  • Sword of the Inferno(Nether) - Shoots a flurry of Fireballs and Wither Skulls
  • Sword of the Void(End) - Pushes away and damages enemies near you drastically

The Champion Sword

The handle for the Champion Sword is obtained by merging all tier two handles. This does 24 damage.

  • Sword of the Champion - Grants various positive effects to the wielder and various negative effects to damaged enemies
