About

Description

What does this mod add/tweak?

1) Interactions between cauldrons and dispensers

You can now use dispensers to automate the filling/emptying of your cauldrons!

  • An empty bucket will always empty any cauldron, but the cauldron has to be full if you want your bucket to be filled, otherwise it'll stay empty.
  • A bucket with liquid will fill any cauldron, no matter what's already inside, it'll be replaced.
  • A water bottle fills a cauldron with 1 level of water
  • A glass bottle empties a cauldron by 1 level of water

2) Rebalancing some crafts

Some crafts are pretty unbalanced in vanilla, so this mod changes how much they yields.

  • Buttons: 4 instead of 1
  • Pressure Plates: 2 instead of 1
  • Wooden Trapdoors: 6 instead of 2
  • Metal Trapdoors: 4 instead of 1
  • Wood: 4 instead of 3
  • Stripped Wood: 4 instead of 3

3) Dropping some blocks without Silk Touch

Some blocks will drop themselves without needing the Silk Touch enchantment.

  • Glass blocks
  • Glass panes
  • Clay blocks

4) Adding some QoL crafts

All for your comfort. No need to thank me :3

  • Amethyst block can be uncrafted into 4 Amethyst Shards
  • Nether Wart block can be uncrafted into 9 Nether Warts
  • Clay block can be uncrafted into 4 Clay balls
  • Green dye can be crafted with 1 Blue dye and 1 Yellow dye
  • Rotten Flesh can be turned into Leather by cooking it in a Smoker or on a Campfire
  • 2 identical slabs can be crafted together into their full block version
  • Wool and Wool carpets gives respectively 4 and 2 Strings when put in the Stonecutter

5) Adding balanced Woodcutting

The Stonecutter can now take care of wood! In a balanced way, not by letting you get all wood blocks for only 1 plank :p

  • 1 plank can be woodcutted into 2 Slabs OR 1 Stairs OR 1 Trapdoor
  • 1 wooden door can be woodcutted into 2 Trapdoors
  • 1 Log can be woodcutted into 1 Wood OR 1 Stripped Wood OR 1 Stripped Log
  • 1 Wood can be woodcutted into 1 Stripped Wood

6) Showing Piglins how to respect your Armor Trims

Piglins will now respect some of your Armor Trims, making you safe as if you were wearing a golden armor piece.

  • Piglins respect armor pieces trimmed with Gold
  • Piglins respect armor pieces trimmed with the Snout pattern

NOTE: Piglin Brutes will still be angry at you no matter what, and Piglins will still attack you if you're in their bastion, or open their chests, or mine gold.

Should I install this on client or server?

This mod is fully server-side, however you can also install it on your client to use it on your solo worlds!

Is this mod compatible with other mods?

Hopefully yes, I did my best to not break anything.

Is there a version for another mod loader/another Minecraft version?

Currently this mod only supports Fabric and Minecraft 1.21.10. It may work with Quilt, but nothing guaranted. But I could eventually port it to other modloaders and Minecraft versions when I'll have more free time!

Can I use this mod in my modpack?

Of course, I'd be really happy if you do! Just please credit me~
