ChatCapitalizer ✨
ChatCapitalizer is a lightweight client-side mod that improves chat readability in Minecraft.
Every message you type is automatically formatted with a capitalized first letter, and proper capitalization after punctuation (., ?, !, etc.).

- ✨ Automatically capitalizes the first letter of every message.
- 📝 Proper capitalization after punctuation (
.,?,!, etc.). - 👤 Player nicknames and excluded words are never modified.
- ⚙️ Fully configurable via Cloth Config:
- Change or disable capitalization rules.
- Define custom symbols that trigger capitalization.
- Manage a list of words excluded from capitalization.
- 🎮 Config can be opened in two ways:
- With ModMenu (if installed).
- With the default keybind
M(rebindable in Minecraft controls).
- ⚡ Lightweight and 100% client-side → works on any server, no server mod required.
🔧 Compatibility
- Loader: Fabric (also works with Quilt).
- Client-side only → safe for multiplayer servers.
- Supported versions: 1.20.1 → 1.21.8 (multi-version build).
⚙️ Library Required
- Cloth Config is required for the in-game configuration GUI.
📌 Notes
- The mod automatically respects your chosen settings from the config GUI.
- You can edit capitalization rules, symbols, and excluded words at any time.
