ChatGuides: Extra

A client-side addon for ChatGuides by Chancechicken, specifically designed and pre-configured for BendersMC players, staff, and guide helpers.

While it is optimized for BendersMC bending, claims, and economy guides, it works on any server running ChatGuides.

Features

Guide Browser (G key or /cge)

• Scroll through all your guides in one place
• Category tabs: Claims, Bending, Economy, Lotus, Warps, Ranks, QoL, Custom
• Live search with fuzzy matching (cl finds :claim:)
• Arrow key navigation + Enter to send instantly
• Guide count shown on each tab

Favorites & Recents

• Star any guide with the star button — saved across sessions
• Favorites tab shows only your starred guides
• Recent tab shows the last 5 guides you sent

Quick-Send Hotkeys

• Press 1–9 in the browser to bind a guide to a slot
• Hold Shift + 1–Shift + 9 in-game to fire that guide instantly

Auto-Suggest in Chat

• Start typing : in chat and a suggestion popup appears
• Press Tab or Enter to fill in the full guide

Guide Creator (H key or /cge create)

• Write and save custom guides with a live preview
• Color code buttons (&a, &2, &e, &b, &f, &l) and newline helper
• Edit any guide — built-in or custom

Guide Sharing

• /cge export — copies all custom guides to clipboard as JSON
• /cge import <json> — imports a guide pack from a JSON string

Requirements

• Minecraft: 1.21+
• Fabric Loader: 0.16.0+
• Fabric API
• ChatGuides (ChatGuides.2.2.jar) — place in your mods/ folder
• ModMenu (optional)
