Chest Cavity is a Fabric mod that adds a realistic organ system to Minecraft. Equip hearts, lungs, livers, and more into your body to customize your stats and survivability. Ported to the latest version of Minecraft by yours truly Original Mod Here PS If mod gets a few hundred downloads I will port to more versions and add the remaining mobs.
