Information:

Iceologer:
Iceologer is an illager mob that can be found wandering around in some cold biomes at night, he also participates in raids, as well as you can find him in his very own hut!

Iceologer is hostile and will attack you by summoning ice chunks above your head, you have a few seconds to run away from it before it crashes onto the ground! However besides summoning ice he can throw snow clouds at you, which also freeze well!

Once you defeat the Iceologer (or commit robbery and take all of his possessions) as a reward you will recieve a new item, the Ice Wand!

Ice Wand:
Right-clicking the Ice Wand will summon an Ice Chunk at the position you are looking at, the Ice Chunk will also hover above nearby hostile mobs!

If you right-click while sneaking you will shoot Ice Chunk instead, which can go through an entire crowd of mobs, freezing and damaging them!
