Christmas Powerups

Get in the Mood For the Holidays with a Powerup to Your Game!

Here's how this works: You are given an Activate Ability item. Every 5 minutes, your power-up will randomize. These include passive and active effects, depending on which power-up you randomly get! You can right-click with this new item to use whatever active abilities these power-ups have.

What power-ups are there? Let me tell you!

Yeti Slam

Dive into the action with this power-up! When you use your ability, you fly into the air and land on the ground, dealing 5 damage to all mobs within a 3x3 radius. This is repeated 2 times, for 3 ground slams back to back! This has a cooldown of 10 seconds per use.

Reindeer Sprint

Run past your foes at immense speed! This power passively allows you to pick up speed while running, as long as you're on the ground and have no obstacles! The active ability will only work once you reach max speed, but will provide you with upward thrust, letting you fly! You can hold the ability and release freely to control flight, as long as you keep running! As soon as you stop, you'll fall out of the air! But don't worry, another passive ability is falling slowly, as long as you start running again mid-air!

Santa's Elven Miner

Warp time at your will and get more done than ever before! This power passively has some haste attached to it, but when the ability is active, you gain way more mining speed! This lasts for 30 seconds, and while holding the ability item, you pick up all items instantly within a larger range than before! Gotta get digging for Santa's coal!

Snowman's Affinity

Construct the world around you, and outlast all! Passively, you can stand on top of any snow or ice block for 3 seconds, and receive instant health regeneration! This power also replaces the ability item with infinite decaying snow blocks! They will last 5 seconds, and these can be especially useful for blocking your enemies, scaffolding to new heights, or as a source of ammunition!

Santa Ball by @guigui0246 (from my Discord)

Go back in time and relive your favorite moments! Use "/trigger Save" when you have 30 or more levels to save your position and time. You can then use the ability to warp back to that exact place and time! (It defaults to the time and place you received the power-up if you haven't set it yourself.)

Evergreen Sword by @Sergi0_o (from my Discord)

Need to take down some foes from afar? This sword can help! Right-click to shoot out a projectile that does decent damage. Hold shift while having experience points to charge up for some strength, resistance, and speed! Finally, a good use for the Christmas tree!
