Chunklocked

A modern fabric port for the classic datapack. Now more optimised, with an integrated UI.

  • Your world begins as a single unlocked chunk
  • Locked neighbors show a cost (item + amount) based on biome loot tables
  • Look at and interact with a border to pay its cost to unlock

Difficulty

Pick on first join (before any paid unlock):

Mode Notes
Easy No cost scaling — unlock any chunk with a diamond
Normal Classic Chunklock progression
Hard Same as Normal, 4× costs
Impossible 16× costs. Good luck

After your first paid unlock, changing difficulty needs cheats (/chunklock difficulty).

Commands

Command Access Description
/chunklock difficulty [mode] Early-game anyone; cheats later Show picker or set difficulty
/chunklock enable / confirm Cheats Turn Chunklock on
/chunklock disable / confirm Cheats Turn off (progress kept)
/chunklock reset / confirm Cheats Wipe progress; re-enable at world spawn chunk
