Patches CITResewn Mod so it runs on NeoForge through Sinytra Connector!

CITResewnNeoPatcher is intended to maintain CIT Resewn's compatibility with Sinytra Connector, so it runs on NeoForge. It's needed cause there are indivisual compatibility issues preventing CIT Resewn from working with Connector.
Mod requires CIT Resewn, Sinytra Connector and Forgified Fabric Api to be installed.
It was also created as a way to port RP Renames to NeoForge, it works with Connector, but as no CIT system was availabe on NeoForge, it had no sense.
