Cobblemon Home let u share ur pokemons beetween servers / worlds u can fully translate Cobblemon Home in your language with a config file that is loaded at start (you can alway reload it with cobblemon-home reload). customizations cobblemon-home have colors and text modifiers placeholders that let u edit the style to match your own ex or the others minecraft color . server friendly it uses mysql/mariadb so its usable pretty everywhere as server owners. pokemons after transfer are the same of before without loosing a stats or a single xp point Completely serverside.

    Home working there are 2 diffrent server that share a common Database , because the same account is used on the 2 servers they share the same storage of pokemons . Only the same player can access to the same bank
