Cody's Uncrafting

Cody's Uncrafting adds a single, focused block to your world: the Uncrafting Bench. Place it down, right-click to open it, and drop any craftable item into the input slot and the bench will automatically look up its crafting recipe and break it back down into the original ingredients, displayed in the familiar 3×3 grid layout.

Shaped recipes preserve their grid positions, so a pickaxe shows the sticks and planks exactly where they'd go in a crafting table. Shapeless recipes fill the grid left-to-right. Once you take the ingredients out, the bench processes the next item in the input automatically, just keep feeding it.

The Uncrafting Bench is crafted with one Crafting Table and four Redstone Dust, and visually blends in perfectly since it inherits the Crafting Table's appearance. This is a lightweight, no-frills utility mod with zero configuration and no dependencies beyond Fabric API. It doesn't touch any existing mechanics, it only adds the one block.
