It can be mined with a diamond pickaxe to get ender gems.

Ender gems can be used to craft ender blocks which give levitation 5 for 3 seconds when stepped on, and brewing levitation potions in a brewing stand

They can be mined to get void wood (a new purple wood type) and their leaves which always drop (making them great blocks for bridging) and don't let light go through them (allowing you to use them to hide valuables in plain sight)

The boss will try to get close to you and then slam its fists down at you dealing 4 hearts of damage and giving you the effect void toched (if not playing on easy), which makes defense be ignored by all damage and stops all healing while the effect is active.

When attacked an Endersent has a 20% chance to teleport away and summon Watchlings near the entity that attacked it. Watchlings are a new mob found in the end dimesion which get aggressive if you get close to them, on dificulties higher than easy they have a chance to spawn with the ability to give void touched to what they attack.

Upon defeat an Endersent will always drop an eye of ender, along with the chance of droping void essence, unstable enderpearls, endepearls and one of 3 weapons or a void amulet.

This can be used to upgrade a netherite chestplate and helmet into a shulker chestplate and helmet along with upgrading Void Touched Blades and Backstabber into The Beginning of The End and Swift Striker respectively, both of these weapons are dropped by the Endersent.

Unstable enderpearls can be dropped by Endermen, Watchlings and Endersents. It can be right clicked to teleport the user at the cost of damage and getting void touched for 20 seconds.

Tridents are now craftable using 3 Prismarine Shards, Prismarine Crystal and a diamond

Warden Head dropped by warden (can be worn and is purely decorative)
