General improvements to world generation, such as bug fixes, aesthetic overhauls, or misc additions.

--{ Adds eyeblossom variants that naturally appear to the rest of the 15 dyes! }--
- When an eyeblossom opens there is a 15% chance it'll be have a colorful variant. The default 85% is orange, and the other 15 are randomly chosen out of the 15%. This likely will be configurable in the future.
--{ NOTE }--
- This is a very small mod I wrote since it seemed fun so it likely won't be super high on my priority list.
