Combat 2.0

⚠ WARNING

This mod is intended for singleplayer only and is not designed for multiplayer use.

If this mod somehow works on a multiplayer server, please report it immediately by opening an issue on GitHub.

Combat speed modifications can provide an unfair advantage on servers and may result in a ban.

Important

This mod does not replace vanilla swords.

Legacy Swords are separate weapons and must be crafted to gain Combat 2.0 features.

Use the Recipe Book

When crafting Legacy Swords, always use the Recipe Book to select the correct Legacy Sword recipe.

Vanilla swords and Legacy swords are different items. Crafting a vanilla sword will not provide Combat 2.0 features.

If Combat 2.0 appears to not be working, make sure you crafted a Legacy Sword and not the vanilla equivalent.

Features

Legacy versions of all vanilla swords

Combat Changes

  • No attack cooldown on Legacy Swords

  • Restored legacy-style Sharpness scaling

  • Each Sharpness level adds 1.25 extra damage

  • Has enchant glint for easy seperation between vanilla swords and Combat 2.0 Legacy ones :)

Crafting

  • Craftable recipes for all Legacy Swords

  • Legacy Netherite Sword has its own crafting recipe
