About

Description

Vision and motivation

They come, they hang around, they away... with a grass block in hand.

Usually without you even seeing them, while you work on your garden or some contraption. And after a while, grassy area around your base is riddled with holes.

I don't like holes and I have an urge to fill them when running around. Sure, there are other solutions, a simple datapack can empty the list of allowed blocks but I don't want that - I don't want to completely cut Endermen flair and behavior. But I want the holes gone. If you feel the same, this install-and-forget mod is for you.

Functionality

This mod prevents endermen from picking blocks unless the block they want has at least one empty space on the north/south sides and at least one empty space on east/west.

That is all (see gallery for examples).

They'll still be taking blocks, but when they find grass blocks in a line, they'll need to start from the corner.
