Container Peek

Container Peek is a client-side Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.20.4 that allows you to see what's inside a container without opening it, by caching its contents when you first peek inside.

Features

  • Persistent Caching: Remembers container contents after you open them once.
  • Holographic Overlay: Renders a sleek, customizable preview panel directly in the world above or near the container.
  • Wide Support: Works with Chests, Barrels, Shulker Boxes, Hoppers, Furnaces, Brewing Stands, and Dispensers.
  • High Customization:
    • Themes: Choose from various styles (e.g., Neon Cyan).
    • Visuals: Adjust panel scale, icon size, opacity, and offsets.
    • Animations: Configurable fade-in and fade-out effects.
    • Metadata: Optional timestamps showing when the cache was last updated.
    • Client-Side Only: No server-side installation required.

Configuration

Access the configuration via the containerpeek.json file in your config folder. You can tweak everything from the scale of the preview to the opacity of the background.
