Description
Cooking Makes Sense
Cooking Makes Sense makes food more meaningful in survival with personal cravings, satisfying rewards, and adrenaline bursts.
Each player receives four independent food cravings: two Easy and two Hard.

Completing a craving grants the Satisfaction potion effect:
- Satisfaction I from an Easy craving lasts 10 minutes and reduces hunger drain by 20%.
- Satisfaction II from a Hard craving lasts 20 minutes and reduces hunger drain by 40%.
ADRENALINE
Adrenaline charges over time, with each bar recharging in one minute. Activate one, two, or three bars for a 10 second burst.
Higher Adrenaline levels grant more movement Speed, Haste, Damage and Extra Health. Levels II and III also grant Resistance I, while level III grants Regeneration II
Adrenaline also grants Gold Luck Effect
Gold Luck adds 30% or 40% to crop drops and a smaller 5% or 10% bonus to ore and mob drops. - To activate adrenaline at level 2 or 3, satisfy a food craving and press 2xV

The mod includes a custom adrenaline HUD, animated craving notifications, and configurable HUD positions. The Wishes and Adrenaline keybinds can be changed in Controls.
Food compatibility and custom foods
The mod supports vanilla food and modded food items that use Minecraft’s standard food component. Additional modded foods are detected automatically. You can also add or organize foods yourself in:
config/cooking_makes_sense_wishes.json
Add an item’s namespaced ID to the easy or hard list. For example:
{
"easy": ["minecraft:apple", "examplemod:blue_berry"],
"hard": ["examplemod:banana_bread"]
}
In multiplayer, the server’s config controls the shared craving pools.
