Description

Howdy partner! I bet a hat would keep the sun off yer head! and a pair of boots to match would look dandy!

Cowboy Hats is a mod that adds cowboy themed hats and boots that are crafted as a special table, and also a bottle of sarsaparilla. The hats and boots can be upgraded at a different table to upgrade them and give them random rolled effects.

Compatable with Tough as Nails:

the hats and boots both count as cooling armor, and the sarsaparilla gives you some thirst from that mod too

Crafting:

In order to make hats or boots, you need a leatherworking table, made from 4 of any kind of planks and a bucket of water (it does consume the bucket):

using that table, you can make leather strips to make hats (and leather armer) with:

You can then make leather armor in the leatherworking table:

In order to upgrade the hats, you will need an infusion table:

and of course you can craft Sarsaparilla to quence your thirst from a water bottle, brown dye, and sugar:

Leatherworking:

You can make most hats the same way, using 4 leather and 2 leather strips:

The exception to this rule is the comically large cowboy hat, which uses much more:

you can also use the leatherworking table to make cowboy boots using 4 leather and 2 iron nuggets:
