Description

Gunpowder, also known as black powder, is a chemical explosive—the earliest known. It is a mixture of sulfur, charcoal, and potassium nitrate (saltpeter). The sulfur and charcoal act as fuels, and the saltpeter is an oxidizer.

And this is one of the hardest things to come by in the minecraft world...... That is until now. NOW GUNPOWDER IS CRAFTABLE!

This mod adds a Sulfur and Potassium Nitrate Block ore into the world that when mined will allow you to unrefined raw materials of them. Take both the Unrefined Sulfur and the Unrefined Potassium Nitrate back to a furnace and smelt them to their pure forms Then take them with charcoal to a crafting table and place them inside. So if you went from left to right it would be Charcoal, sulfur, potassium etc. It is even a shapeless recipe.

**** WARNING ***** Potassium Nitrate is a oxidizer and explosives should not (laughing) be set off around the ore........
