Makes all the capes craftable.
Yes, ALL the capes, including all the vanilla capes, personal capes, deleted capes, temporary capes, April Fools capes, Bedrock exclusive capes and Legacy Xbox 360 capes.
Capes are crafted using wool and cape specific items. Recipes can be accessed using the recipe book after picking up any piece of wool or by using mods like REI, JEI, or EMI 
Capes released before the Elytra was added to the game also have brand new textures for the Elytra.
Capes can be equipped in the cape trinket slot from Trinkets

This mod is written in a way that should allow compatability with other cape mods by simply overwriting the cape texture requests in vanilla Minecraft. Here's a list of tested compatible and incompatible mods:
