"MCreator? So it's probably just another typical tech mod."

That's what many people think.

Well... this mod is here to prove otherwise.

Crafting Space Journey is packed with unique mechanics that will surprise you from the very beginning.

Forget 5x Ore Processing. Welcome to 9x!

Let's begin with one of CSJ's biggest features:

9x Ore Processing

This Diamond Ore...

Simply place it on top of the Ore Refiner...

...and it instantly becomes a Diamond Block.

No complicated multiblocks.
No long processing chains.
Just place it on top.

And 9x processing isn't limited to ores!

An innocent cow...

Walks across the Meat Processing Machine...

...and instantly becomes a Raw Meat Block.

Of course, such powerful machines don't come for free.

Crafting Space Journey's machines and items are intentionally very expensive to craft.

As a reward, however, most crafting machines require no RF, FE, or any external power source while operating.

That may sound overpowered at first.

But crafting your very first Ore Refiner already costs enough resources to build an entire 5x ore processing setup in many other tech mods—with resources left over.

Even so, the Meat Processing Machine can already be crafted in Tier 1, the very first step of CSJ's ten-tier technology progression.

Even before reaching Tier 1, Tier 0 introduces many useful early-game mechanics, including:

• Roast sunflowers into edible sunflower seeds.
• Wrap raw ores in charcoal, smelt them, then wash them with water to obtain double yields.
• Various quality-of-life improvements for surviving the early game.

The philosophy behind this mod is simple:

A massive GregTech-style technology progression... that stays fun from beginning to end.

An Industrial Mod That Pushes 3×3 Crafting to Its Limits

Progression in Crafting Space Journey revolves around special machines called Crafting Machines.

Rather than processing items traditionally, they expand what's possible with ordinary 3×3 crafting.

Let's see how they work.

First, craft a Battery.

At this point, it's empty and cannot power any Crafting Machine.

Next, craft the Crafting Power Plant.

In Tier 1,

one piece of charcoal or coal can charge four Batteries.

Now let's try crafting something.

Here we're using the Crafting Extractor.

One sugar cane normally produces four sugar.

Running four recipes simultaneously produces 16 Sugar in a single craft.

Each crafting operation consumes one charged Battery.

Crafting Machines aren't limited to simple recipes.

Many recipes generate useful by-products,

and CSJ also introduces its own waste recycling system, encouraging players to make use of materials that would normally be discarded.

Together, these mechanics create a deeper and more rewarding industrial experience.

Build Submarines and Spaceships

Reach New Worlds

The ultimate goal of Crafting Space Journey is to build increasingly advanced Submarines and Spaceships.

These vehicles gather resources unavailable anywhere else.

Those resources are then used to unlock

• stronger submarines
• larger spaceships
• more advanced machines
• even better equipment

The journey won't be easy.

Every new Tier requires significant effort.

However, each advancement unlocks new conveniences, new machines, and entirely new possibilities.

Progress always feels rewarding rather than simply becoming more complicated.
