Adds a performance enhancing drug system to Create, covering peptide and steroid production, processing chains, mixing, and injectable delivery methods.

Features:

• Raw Materials - Rotten Flesh and Bone are milled into Raw Peptide and Raw Steroid, the base inputs for all further processing.
• Production - Raw materials are combined with Anabolic Solution and processed through mixing and compacting into refined peptides, steroids, and SARMs.
• Delivery - Vials are drawn up with a craftable Syringe for injection, while select compounds are pressed into oral tablets.
• Effects - Each compound grants a temporary strength, speed, healing, or combat buff, with a crash/withdrawal-style downside once it wears off.
• Fluids - Sterile Water and Anabolic Solution are available in bucket and fluid form for use with Create mixing basins.

Compatibility: Fully compatible with Create: Addictives - load both together and the syringe recipe auto adjusts to avoid duplicate crafting conflicts

Porting: A port to 1.20.1 is not planned, as that version lacks data components, which this mod depends on. A port to 1.26.1 is planned
