Adds Cardboard Tools to Create Mod

Create Mod has cardboard armour and a sword, so why not tools? This mod / pack adds:

  • Cardboard Pickaxe
  • Cardboard Axe
  • Cardboard Shovel
  • Cardboard Hoe

Like the cardboard sword, these tools are useless. They each have 1 durability point and can't mine blocks. Just like the sword can't kill mobs! They won't break from mining but if you hit an entity with one, it'll break. There is no reason to ever craft these tools.

Also, I couldn't figure out how to get it switching from 2D to 3D when held, so the pickaxe shown in the pack icon is no longer in the mod / pack. Update - I have an idea of how to fix it but I lost the models and I'm lazy. I'll add them back at some point. Update: I will add this soon. (It is not soon I lied)

(I made this to have items representing any tool for a machine I started months ago)
