Description
Create Mob Gravity
A Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge mod that applies the gravitational load of living entities inside Sable sub-levels to their physics bodies. Create Aeronautics is supported through Sable's shared sub-level physics API.
Requirements
- Minecraft 1.21.1
- NeoForge 21.1.247 or newer in the 21.1 line
- Create 6.0.9 or newer
- Sable 2.0.x
- Create Aeronautics 1.x
Configuration
The server config is config/create_mob_gravity-server.toml:
enabled: enable or disable mob loads.affectPlayers, affectMobs: include each entity category.massMultiplier: multiply every entity mass.entityMasses: normal/adult entity masses, formatted asnamespace:entity=mass. Add IDs from other mods here; config values override datapack values and collision-size estimates. A value of0disables that entity's load. If an ID occurs more than once, the last entry wins.babyEntityMasses: explicit masses for child entities, using the same format. These values override the normal entity mass. Child entities without an entry use their normal configured mass, with no automatic half-mass multiplier.smallSlimeMasses, mediumSlimeMasses, largeSlimeMasses: explicit masses by slime size. These lists can also contain IDs of slime entities added by other mods.estimateUnconfiguredMobMass: estimate the mass of entities missing from both config and datapack definitions using their collision-box dimensions. Enabled by default; when disabled, unconfigured entities contribute no load.scanIntervalTicks: refresh the load snapshot interval (1-20 ticks).
Debug command
/mobgravity debug reports the last sampled entity count, total mass, and the mob-load center offset from the ship's own center of mass. A value near 0, 0, 0 means the tracked load is centered on the hull; an edge passenger produces a non-zero offset and corresponding torque.
