Create more fluid tanks and pipes

adds 5 fluid tank tiers : Brass, sturdy , silver , rose gold and amethyst Each one has their strengths and weakneses and vary in capacity and heat transferral for boiler and finally max fluid tank size Brass maxes out at 5x5 and is 1.75x more heatable and has 2x the capacity Sturdy maxes out at 9x9 and is 1.5x more heatable and has 3x the capacity Silver maxes out at 7x7 and is 2.25x more heatable and has 1.25x the capacity Rose gold maxes out at 15x15 and is 0.75x heatable and has 5x the capacity Amethyst maxes out at 21x21 and is 0.4x heatable and has 8x the capacity

theres also pipes for all of these variants

we've also added a more glass wrenchstate for the tanks so you can see easier for the larger tanks
