- Compacting:
- Crimsite (as a starter for redstone)
- Diamond (from coal blocks)
- Asurine (Zinc production line)
- Veridium (Copper starter. Have a brass.)
- Crushing:
- Glowstone
- Netherrack (Blaze Cake starter and a 0.5% chance for wither skeleton skulls)
- Cinder Flour from Rotten Flesh (beware of by-products)
- Haunting:
- Coal (charcoal to coal give coalblocks for diamond recipe)
- Leather (from Rotten Flesh)
- Mixing:
- Obsidian (for wither cage, tools & armor)

The purpose is to be able to uncraft found items. My modpack EinsEinundzwanzigElf annoyed me by not being able to uncraft that items and that I had to throw them away.

Rotten Flesh update in version 1.2.3
The researches about uses for rotten flesh came up with not one but three uses for that formerly annoying piece of useless something.- To have leather you may haunt it.
- For bonemeal smoke it.
- For cinderflour (and gold nuggets and maybe diamonds) crush it.
New Generators for cobble, stone and gravel
3 types of generators (mechanical press recipes):- 64 Gravel
- 64 Cobble
- 64 Stone
Each bonk with the mechanical press delivers a full 64 items stack. However, this is not early game. You need a good supply of lava as these generators do eat your lava very quickly. A nether lava train is required to have enough lava for these generators. Heating up the blaze burner can be done i.e. with charcoal and an mechanical arm.
And of course this is not the full truth: Each bonk wants 1 item of the to-deliver items. So in reality you get only 63 items from each bonk. Sorry for that.
Known Issue with Create Fly 6.0.9 build-3
In Create Fly 6.0.9 build-3 JEI wrongly displayed a mixer for compacting recipes. The mixer won't work. Put a mechanical press instead. In the JEI's tab the mechanical press is displayed correctly. But in the big picture is shown an animated mixer. (2026-02-06 Konitor)
This issue is fixed in Create Fly 6.0.9 build-4 (2026-02-11 Konitor)
Not Enough Recipes For A Dummy.
(The dummy is me, Konitor.)
This is a datapack recipe mod written for my modpack EinsEinundzwanzigElf. As such it is only needed on the server side. It mainly provides recipes for the mod "Create Fly". Now it is possible to produce more ores than the Create mod initially allows. This datapack-mod makes some ores renewable:
- Coal (from charcoal)
- Diamond (from Coal Blocks + Lava + Heating; 1 diamond ~ 160 logs)
- Glowstone (and Quartz and Netherite Scrap; from soul sand)
- Redstone (and Iron; from Crimsite)
- Obsidian
- Copper, Iron, Gold and Zinc (from Tuff)
- Copper (from Veridium)
- Zinc (from Asurine)
- Netherrack -> For blaze cakes but the real purpose is wither skeleton skulls
Recipe mods like JEI / EMI will tell you how to do that.
Made for the modpack EinsEinundzwanzigElf for Minecraft 1.21.11 Fabric loader with Notepad++ and 7zip on a Windows 11 Computer and Google AI telling me what to do.

Coal from charcoal Haunting charcoal gives coal. Meant for coalblocks to make diamonds. -
Diamonds from Coal Blocks Needs lava and must be heated. A fifty - fifty chance to succeed.

Diamond line Blasting logs to charcoal - haunting them to coal - compacting to coal blocks - compacting the coal blocks to diamonds -
Crimsite from iron, flint and gravel ... and lava and must be heated. This gives redstone when processed further. Set the basin filter to be crimsite. -
Working Crimsite Setup Press me: Blaze burner fed with charcoal from below. Crushing gives crushed iron (and nuggets) and washing that gives redstone dust (and nuggets). This is also my second very effective iron farm. -
Glowstone from crushing soul sand Small chance for quartz and even smaller chance for netherite scrap -
Working Glowstone Setup Left side below: Sand gets haunted to soul sand. Left side up: Soul sand becomes crushed. You see glowstone, netherite scrap and quartz coming to the Storage Drawer IO. -
Obsidian from flint and gravel ... and a little lava and water but no heating required. Set the basin filter to obsidian. -
Working Obsidian Setup This is a mixer. A Tom's Storage proxy enlarges the one side of the basin and two inventory hoppers inject gravel and flint. Lava and water come from below. The lava production does not keep up atm and the lava pipe is shown being empty. -
Tuff from flint and gravel ... and a little water. Set the basin filter to tuff else you get something else. -
Crushing blackstone A 0.5% chance for a wither skull. You get blackstone from haunting cobblestone. This recipe gives netherrack and quartz but its real purpose is to give a small chance for wither skulls. Three wither skulls are needed to create a wither. -
Genuine wither from hand crafted skulls The wither goes into that level 4 beacon. An advanced wireless terminal connected to the shown crafting terminal functions everywhere in all dimensions. You see the mini chunk loader which loads exactly the beacon chunk with the terminal within. -
Generator (here stone) Each generator works the same: one item plus lava plus water gives 64 items. Lava is eaten very quickly so have a good lava supply for that. 3 generators are available: cobble, stone and gravel.

Crushing Rotten Flesh To Cinder Flour ... and some by-products. One stack of rotten flesh may generate two and a halve stacks of cinderflour.
