This fixes an issue in the CreateRailwaysNavigator Where "Opening showAdvancedDisplaySettingsScreen via onWrenched causes a NullPointerException in owo-lib because MenuAccess.getMenu() returns null during the screen init phase."

if you are having crashes when right clicking a advanced display board from Create Railways Navigator, this mod will most likely fix it.
i made this mod in like 4 hours to fix a error where "Opening showAdvancedDisplaySettingsScreen via onWrenched causes a NullPointerException in owo-lib because MenuAccess.getMenu() returns null during the screen init phase."
