Creeper Spores (FABRIC)

Based on Pyrofab's Creeper Spores for Quilt, which sadly is discontinued for Fabric.

This mod adds a simple status effect 'Creeper Spores' that has a chance to spawn a 'Creeperling' when the player or mob is hit, dies or the effect expires. This effect replaces the vanilla explosion in favor of a more fun and dynamic effect. Creeperlings spawned from the effect will eventually become adult once they receive ample sunlight. Creeperlings are naturally scared of players and are will be hunted down by minecrafts felines friends (cats & ocelots) Config options are available, see github for info.


Issues, suggestions and even annoying "when will you update to 1.XY" questions all go to GitHub please, so I can actually be notified about them. Putting this into mod packs is allowed. I won't port it to forge, but you are free to do so.
