Technique Reroll Scroll

To Obtain a Reroll Scroll Kill Gojo Or Sukuna

Reroll Scrolls Can Also Be Crafted With a Vow + Paper In a Crafting Table

When A Player Right Clicks The Technique Scroll In Their Main Hand The Scroll Is Consumed And Their Current CT Is Rerolled To a New Technique, The Player Will Be Notified Of Their New Technique With On Screen Text
