Cyan's Legacy : Art of Combat
A Minecraft 1.20.6 datapack that changes the combat system to a souls-like combat system, complete with combat mechanics like:
- Stamina
- Armor Weight
- Poise
- Dashing
- Blocking (with or without shield)
- Parry and Riposte
- Weapon Arts
This datapack also enhances the hostile mobs, giving humanoid hostile mobs equipped with weapons a similar mechanics the player can use.

Player weapon arts (charging) Player weapon arts charging for 1.5s after right clicking -
Player dash Player dashing to create distance -
Player riposte Player hitting the enemy mob after blocking a damage to deal more poise damage to the enemy -
Enemy parry Enemy parrying the player, resulting to an increase in the enemy's movement speed and damage -
Player weapon arts (activated) Player weapon arts activated after 1.5s of charging -
Enemy blocking Enemy blocking to defend against damage -
Player blocking Player blocking to defend against damage -
Enemy dash Mob dashing to close the distance
