Dad Jokes, Slap Humor, and a KillMe command!

This adds the following commands:

/slap

• This will make the SlapMaster slap the player selected.  They will not know who requested it!
• There are about a dozen different messages displayed to everybody when a player is slapped.  All players get the same selected message.
• No damage or knockback occures, I originaly was going to add this but knew I would abuse it too much :)

/dadjoke

• This will display a random dad joke to the user in chat.  There are a bit over 150 jokes and selected at random.
• When a player respawns, a dad joke will be given also, we all need a little humor when killed.

/killme

• This will kill the player.  Thats it.  They will respawn the same as any other time they died.

Please Note, I tried to make sure this is all PG13 rated, no politics or other stuff involved in the jokes also but I am not perfect.  Please let me know if anything offensive is inside.
