Monarch Reborn — Version 3.0.0 • September 27, 2026
Minecraft 1.20.1 • Forge 47.4.16 • Java 17
ARISE: The Shadow Monarch
“Your awakening. Your progression. Your army.”
Level up, shape your hunter, extract fallen souls with ARISE, and build a persistent army of shadows that grows alongside you.
✦ What's New in Monarch Reborn
- One structured System interface: Overview, Attributes, Arise, Army, Skills, and Upgrades share a consistent navigation layout.
- HD GUI assets: blue-neon frames and textured panels preserve their corners when resized. Buttons have transparent backgrounds and use the supplied Solo Level Demo font.
- A dedicated extraction screen: choose a nearby soul and inspect its rank, success chance, remaining attempts, mana cost, and time before it disappears.
- Army management: browse paginated lists, filter and sort shadows, rename them, inspect their progression, and choose which ones to deploy.
- Shadow training and promotions: spend Souls to train stored shadows, earn experience through combat, and progress toward S-Rank.
- Four progression contracts: claim one-time rewards for hunting, extraction, training, and reaching level 10.
- Clear army orders: Follow, Guard, and Hunt, with mana upkeep and command capacity shown in the System.
👑 Hunter Progression
Defeating creatures grants XP based on their maximum health. Each hunter level grants 5 attribute points and fully restores your mana. Your shadows also earn combat XP and contribute XP and Souls to their owner.
Your hunter rank advances from E to D at level 7, C at 15, B at 30, A at 50, and S at 75. Earn titles as your kill count grows: Apprentice, Slayer, Hunter, Shadow Knight, Shadow Lord, and Shadow Monarch at 1,000 kills.
📊 The Five Attributes
| STR — Strength | Adds 0.5 attack damage per point. At 5 STR, low-health Berserker effects activate when your HP is at or below 25%. |
|---|---|
| AGI — Agility | Adds 0.004 movement speed per point. Unlocks Double Jump at 5 AGI and Stealth at 10 AGI. Also strengthens your dash and shadow movement. |
| VIT — Vitality | Adds 1 maximum HP per point. |
| INT — Intelligence | Adds 10 maximum mana per point, improves mana regeneration and increases army command capacity. Unlocks Mana Shield at 5 INT. |
| LUK — Luck | Improves Minecraft's luck attribute, grants a critical-hit chance of up to 75%, increases XP from your own kills by 2% per point, and improves shadow extraction chances. |
🔥 ARISE — Shadow Extraction
Defeated eligible creatures leave a fallen soul near their death location. Approach within 12 blocks, then press G to attempt extraction of the nearest soul, or select a specific soul in the Arise screen.
- Your first extraction is guaranteed. Later attempts depend on the difference between your hunter rank and the soul's rank, plus your Luck.
- Each soul offers three attempts. You can attempt extraction at most once per second.
- Each attempt costs 15–40 mana, depending on the soul's rank, including failed attempts.
- Souls last 60 seconds by default. Existing configurations retain their saved duration.
- You need a free reserve slot. Tamed pets and existing shadows cannot be extracted.
After the first extraction, success chance is clamped between 8% and 95%: 72 + 12 × rank difference + 2 × Luck. The Arise screen shows the current chance before you commit.
⚔ Build and Evolve Your Army
Extracted shadows are saved in your persistent reserve. They retain an identity, rank, role, level, experience, kill count, selection state, and recovery timer. Shadows use existing creature forms; excluded boss types use a role-appropriate replacement.
Roles include Soldier, Assassin, Tank, Ranger, Mage, and Beast. Rangers and Mages can attack at range with blue-flame effects. Your army's health, damage, armor, and movement scale through shadow level, rank, hunter attributes, and upgrades.
- Combat growth: shadows gain XP when they defeat enemies.
- Training: a ready shadow in reserve can gain one full level for 25 + 10 × its current level Souls.
- Automatic promotions: at levels 10, 25, 50, 80, and 120, shadows below S-Rank advance one rank.
- Level cap: shadows can reach level 200.
- Recovery: a defeated shadow remains in your reserve and recovers for 60 seconds before it can return.
- Management: rename, select, train, summon, recall, or dismiss shadows. Dismissal requires confirmation and deployed shadows must first be recalled.
🛡 Command, Mana and Orders
Deployment is limited by available mana, command capacity, and the active-shadow limit. Higher-rank shadows consume more command capacity. The default hard limits are 64 reserve shadows and 12 deployed shadows; progression determines how much of that reserve you can use.
- Reserve capacity: 5 + floor(hunter level / 5) + 2 per Shadow Slots upgrade, capped by the configured reserve limit.
- Command capacity: 6 + floor(INT / 3) + floor(hunter level / 5) + 3 per Shadow Slots upgrade.
- Summoning: each shadow costs 4 + 3 × its command cost in mana.
- Upkeep: each deployed shadow costs 1 mana every two seconds. If upkeep cannot be paid, the army is recalled.
- Follow: passive movement alongside you. Guard: nearby defense. Hunt: offensive enemy search at longer range.
Shadows ignore players, other shadows, and tamed animals. They are recalled when you die, disconnect, or change dimension, while your reserve remains saved.
✨ Skills, Upgrades and Loot
- Dash: a forward burst costing 20 mana, improved by Agility and Dash Power.
- Double Jump: requires 5 AGI and 5 mana. Press Jump again while airborne; usable once per flight.
- Mana Shield: requires 5 INT. Absorbs damage at 2 mana per point of damage.
- Stealth: requires 10 AGI, costs 10 mana to activate and 3 mana per second. Attacking breaks stealth and triggers the Backstab damage bonus.
- Intimidation Aura: unlocked at hunter level 10, slows nearby non-shadow mobs and scales with your level.
- Eight permanent upgrades: Shadow Power, Shadow Slots, Mana Regen, XP Boost, Dash Power, Life Steal, Soul Harvest, and Crit Damage. Each has 10 levels; the next level costs 50 × (current level + 1) Souls.
- Auto-Loot: when enabled, drops from your kills and your shadows' kills are collected into a personal 27-slot inventory. Overflow remains in the world.
🎯 Progression Contracts
| Objective | One-time reward |
|---|---|
| Defeat 10 creatures | 100 Souls + 2 attribute points |
| Extract 3 shadows | 180 Souls + 2 attribute points |
| Train shadows 5 times | 250 Souls + 2 attribute points |
| Reach hunter level 10 | 400 Souls + 2 attribute points |
Claim completed contracts from the Overview page. Claimed rewards remain recorded in your save.
🎮 Controls and Interface
[G] ARISE near a soul / otherwise summon selected shadows | [H] Recall | [M] Cycle orders
[R] Dash | [C] Stealth | [V] Mana Shield
[L] Loot inventory | [J] Toggle HUD
All keybinds are configurable in Minecraft's controls. New interface text is available in English and French, and follows the game's selected language.
Use the same 3.0.0 version on clients and servers. Replace older DALeveling JARs instead of installing both versions. Existing progression and shadow reserves are migrated; back up your world before updating.
Build verified with Forge 47.4.16 and 41 automated progression, economy, persistence, and network checks. In-game combat, rendering, and full multiplayer validation are still pending. This update does not add generated dungeons or official anime character models.
- Next update in March for design and dungeon + portals
Become the Shadow Monarch. Level up, allocate stats, extract shadows from fallen enemies, and unleash them with ARISE.
Core Systems
Every mob you kill grants XP based on its max health. When you level up, you receive 5 stat points to distribute freely and your mana is fully restored. Your rank progresses from E through D, C, B, A, and finally S-Rank at level 75. Earn titles as you accumulate kills: Apprentice, Slayer, Hunter, Shadow Knight, Shadow Lord, and ultimately Shadow Monarch at 1,000 kills.
5 Stats
STR increases attack damage (+0.5/pt). Unlocks Berserker Mode at 5 — when your HP drops below 25%, your damage doubles automatically. AGI increases movement speed (+0.004/pt). Unlocks Double Jump at 5 (costs 5 mana) and Stealth at 10. VIT increases max health (+1 HP per point). INT increases max mana (+10/pt) and mana regeneration rate. Unlocks Mana Shield at 5. LUK increases Minecraft's luck attribute, grants a LUK% chance for critical hits, boosts XP gain by 2% per point, and increases shadow extraction chance.
Shadow Army — ARISE
When you kill a mob, there is a chance (10% + LUK×2) to extract its shadow. Stored shadows can be summoned as tamed shadow wolves that fight alongside you. Their HP, damage, and speed scale with your level, STR, AGI, and Shadow Power upgrades. Shadows glow with a dark aura and are immune to fire. You can store them back at any time.
Abilities
Dash propels you forward at high speed, boosted by AGI and the Dash Power upgrade. Mana Shield absorbs incoming damage using your mana (2 mana per 1 HP absorbed). Stealth grants invisibility that drains 3 mana per second — your first attack from stealth deals triple damage as a Backstab. Berserker Mode passively doubles your damage when your health is critical. Intimidation Aura slows all nearby mobs when you reach level 10, with the radius and potency scaling with your level. Double Jump lets you jump again mid-air for 5 mana.
Shadow Shop
Killing mobs earns Souls, a currency used in the Shadow Shop. Eight upgrades are available, each with 10 levels: Shadow Power (+15% shadow HP/damage per level), Shadow Slots (+1 max shadow), Mana Regen (+1 mana per tick), XP Boost (+5% XP), Dash Power (+15% dash speed), Life Steal (+3% HP on hit), Soul Harvest (+10% soul drops), and Crit Damage (+20% crit multiplier).
Auto-Loot
All drops from mobs you kill are automatically collected into a personal loot inventory (27 slots), accessible anytime. If full, excess items drop normally.
System Messages
Chat messages styled after Solo Leveling's system windows notify you of level ups, rank changes, title unlocks, shadow extractions, critical hits, backstabs, and ability activations.
