Adds gamerules to allow you to control lightning based effects. Also, a couple fun new features

Gamerules:

All gamerules are set to match vanilla behavior by default

  • lightningConvertsVillagers (default true) - Lightning converts Villagers to Witches
  • lightningConvertsPigs (default true) - Lightning converts Pigs to Zombified Piglins
  • lightningConvertsMooshrooms (default true) - Lightning converts Mooshrooms from Red to Brown, and vice versa
  • lightningConvertsGuardians (default false) - Lightning converts Guardians to Elder Guardians
  • lightningChargesCreepers (default true) - When Creepers are struck by lightning, they become charged
  • lightningDamage (default true) - Entities take damage when struct by lightning
  • lightningFire (default true) - Lightning sets nearby blocks on fire
  • lightningGrowsSlimes (default false) - When struck, slimes are grown to epic proportion
  • lightningSlimeSize (default 12) - Size that slimes are set to after beings struck by lightning
  • lightningClearsOxidation (default true) - When struck, copper blocks are cleared of oxidation.
