Open your status by pressing V

WARNING

Sometimes when entering the dungeon you'll get placed on a lower floor than you're supposed to for some reason, so bringing a pickaxe with you is advised.

Also, if you ever get stuck in the dungeon, /dungeon will teleport you out (or inside, depending if you were already in the dungeon)
