Description

# Darkmoor Beasts

High passes. Twin snarls. A boulder already in the air.

**Darkmoor Beasts** brings shard-flavored custom mobs to NeoForge — starting with the **Ettin**.

## The Ettin

- **Two-headed giant** with a custom model and quarrelsome idle animations
- **Boulder throw** at mid range — smash particles on impact
- **Ground slam** shockwave when you get too close
- **Hoard loot** — gold nuggets/ingots, meat, rare **Crude Club**, rarer **Ettin's Hoard Map**
- Spawns in mountains, taigas, forests, and windswept hills

Right-click an Ettin's Hoard Map to unearth a buried gold stash.

## Requirements

- Minecraft **1.21.1**
- **NeoForge**

Pairs well with **Spawn Tide** (spawn pressure) and **Relic Hordes** (leveled hostiles / crates).
