have you ever wanted a cannon mod in minecraft?

here you go a Cannon mod for 1.12.2



This the long term maintained fork of Violeta Cannon that fixes many issues and with a future roadmap


Violeta Cannons will crash your game multiple times if you ever had a battle with them. This is especialy problematic in larger packs where it takes longer to restart. A patch was a must and that patch is here. Even the missing source code is reconstructed

Retexture have ben made!




To fire on a ship just right click put some cobblestone in and fire with redstone 

Notice: There is a seat handler that lets you aim it in the ground but not on a ship. Cannons will change their shape on ships. For more info on this visit Violeta Cannons page


Changes compared to Violeta Cannons version 1.0
- Retexture!
- Definitive Cannons no longer check for the direction air is facing when an explosion is triggered. Air is blacklisted which while not the best solution we verified it works.



Stuff i want to do in the future
- Proper blockbench model so i can retexture faces separately as current model is a mess
- Maybe learn enough VS1 to be able to apply ship velocity to the cannonball
- Rebalance cannon strenghts
- New cannonballs?
