About

Description

This mod allows mod packs and servers to restrict access to dimensions based on a player's progression in the world. This is done by hooking into Game Stages, a framework for developing custom progression systems. To learn more please read the Game Stages wiki and the Dimension Stages documentation.

Example Usage

Imagine that you want to restrict access to the nether until players have completed an objective such as crafting a certain item or defeating a boss. This would be done by staging the nether dimension to a stage such as "nether_access". You can then use a script to detect when players have completed that objective and grant them that stage. This will prevent players from accessing the dimension until they have completed your objective and triggered the "nether_access" stage to be unlocked.
