Dimensional Edibles: Nomifactory Edition

A continuation of Dimensional Edibles to provide extended support for Minecraft 1.12.2 by the Nomifactory Development team.

Dimensional Edibles adds cakes which can be eaten to teleport the player to other dimensions. These include The Overworld, The End, and The Nether, as well as a custom cake that can be configured by pack devs to send players to a desired destination in any dimension. Single-use portable versions of the cakes exist as Overworld, Nether, and End Apples.

These cakes are placed like the vanilla cake and have multiple uses. They are not destroyed even when fully consumed (though they can be destroyed by mining), and uses can be refilled by clicking them with specific configurable items like Obsidian or Saplings.

As of version 1.6.3, there is also a new type of cake called the Island Cake. This cake is most useful on servers for spreading players out in a void/skyblock dimension. This cake supports FTB Teams and will send players to a region based on their team membership, or they can be set to always send players to a personal region by right-clicking the cake while holding a diamond. Various features of this cake are adjustable via the config file.
